NIB Processing

NIB (Business Identification Number) administration is done online through the OSS RBA system with the following general steps: prepare personal and business data, register or log in to the OSS account, fill in the requested data, select the business field based on KBLI, upload documents if necessary, then the system will automatically issue the NIB and can be downloaded.

Processing Standard Certificate

Standard Certificate processing for medium-risk businesses is done through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. You can register an account, complete your profile, submit a Business Identification Number (NIB) application, and then proceed to the licensing menu to apply for a Standard Certificate. Once complete data and supporting documents are uploaded, the OSS system will verify the information, involving relevant ministries or agencies, before issuing the certificate.

KBLI adjustment to the OSS RBA system
Processing a Standard Certificate for medium-risk businesses through the RBA Online Single Submission (OSS) system begins with OSS account registration and completing a business profile. After the Business Identification Number (NIB) is automatically issued, businesses submit a standard certificate application through the "Business Licensing" menu, then complete a declaration of commitment to meet standards and upload supporting documents if required. The next step is verification by the government (relevant Ministry/Institution/Regional Government) and downloading the Standard Certificate upon approval.

Other permits such as Technical Approval, Environmental Documents, and Building Construction Approval (PBG).
Other permitting processes included in the PBG process include submitting Environmental Approval documents (such as AMDAL, UKL-UPL, or SPPL) and Technical Approval (pollution control details), which are submitted separately or in parallel with the building's technical plan documents before obtaining a Building Permit (PBG). Environmental Approval assesses the general feasibility of an activity in terms of environmental impacts, while Technical Approval focuses on specific pollution control details. Both are mandatory requirements for obtaining a PBG, which will then verify the compliance of all documents before issuing them.
