About

We started from Bali Hospitality Professional Services (BHPS) forming Sun Paradise Hotel Management (SPHM), the arrangement started in Bali and continued by collaborating with hotel companies in Vietnam since 2007 and returning to Indonesia at the end of 2012.

In Indonesia, we use the abbreviation Sun Paradise Hotel Management with SPHM and form a company that operates hotels, resorts, villas, condotels, golf courses & country clubs, water parks and theme parks, as well as setting up Bali Hai Cruises.

The company was formed with approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number AHU-007513.AH.01.30 of 2024
