As a hotel consultant, you will be working with your clients to discuss what are their goals and which goals will be reasonable in certain circumstances. Your job doesn’t end with helping your client know what they want. Once you know what goals are in place for the hotel, you need to create a strategy for achieving those goals.

Creating a strategy means coming up with a way to get more attention, money, or anything else to the hotel. If your client has a goal of increasing how many people are at the hotel at a given time, your strategy may include increasing marketing using social media ads or encouraging different events to come to your hotel.
