9. BRAND STANDARDS
 

Standards will help not only to provide consistency in service but assist with training and monitoring the progress of the team.
 

With a set of guidelines written down, virtually anyone can walk in to a hotel and check to see if members of staff follow the rules, with the underlying thought that as a consequence guests receive the service they can expect.

You will get all these document, when you are joining the "HOTEL QUALITY ASSURANCE" All editable documents are in (word, excel and powerpoint)
