8   IT – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
 

Although this section seems rather limited, the first document - IT Operating Procedures - contains all the basic details governing the IT department and was kept as such in one piece.
 

Hotel Information Systems Technology is constantly subject to change and therefor no attempt is made to provide too much technical information. Rather the basic guidelines pertaining to setting up and running the department ought to be sufficient.
